Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Graboard application ("the App") and the graboard.com website ("the Site"), both provided by Web Freestyle, SRL ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App or the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Closed Beta software

Graboard is currently distributed as an invitation-only Closed Beta while we finish version 1.0 and complete Apple notarization. Closed Beta software may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued. Features described on the Site may change before general release.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Mac computers you own or control, for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation.

3. Your content

Graboard stores the clipboard items and screenshots you capture locally on your Mac. We never receive, access, or store that content — see our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and for complying with any laws or third-party rights that apply to it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App or Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site. You are responsible for the security of your own device and data.

5. Intellectual property

Graboard, its name, logo, and the contents of the Site are owned by Web Freestyle, SRL and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Freestyle, SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App or Site. Because Graboard stores your clipboard history locally, you are responsible for any backups you require.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves toward release. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Freestyle, SRL is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
